I am confused your upset that after General RV made a mistake they stepped up and are paying a dealer to repair the damage and also gave you a $100.00 discount. And when in the previous issue with the refrigerator they again stepped up and installed a new refrigerator at no charge to you not a used one equal to what you had but a brand new unit.
To me they seem to be a very responsible company that when mistakes happen they correct the mistakes.
Personally I take your experiences with this company as an endorsement for there company.
As a person with many of years of retail management I would put you on the list of customers that I would refuse to serve.
You remind me of the old joke about customer service asking a customer what else does the customer want since they have already replaced the item, refunded 125% of the purchase price, and fired everyone involved?
You're welcome to your opinion. Did I say anything about asking for a full refund? Don't read too much into it.
