General RV is huge and has brick & mortar in many locations. They do their own installs and many of them. Sorry for the waste of time. I guess I just needed to vent .
Don't beat yourself up over it. Even though they are making it 100% right..its still frustrating to know that something is broke right now. Especially through no fault of your own.
