General RV has done well by me, except for their $121/hour labor rate which is the minimum charge to look at anything. I was just there last week for my furnace & fridge. They only had to move the thermostat wire for the fridge. That wasn't worth $121. Plus they charge for shop supplies when none are used at a rate of about 5% of the gross.
