What location in Michigan? Ive had really good luck with the Wayland location. Its also where I bought my TT. They have always got me in and out pretty quick.

Last two springs, Ive had a bypass valve twist off when de-winterizing. Water heater was in-operable. I pulled up unannounced on my way out of town and they have had me in and out in less than an hour.
