They damaged our new car installing the base plate

This is a base plate for a car to attach to a MH. Not a fifth wheel. Plate $489 - install $132 hr x 4. It is what is is. I don't have the time to do it, and wanted it done right. I don't mind paying for work to be done. It helps the economy and if it helps the economy then it keeps me working. I could afford to pay, so it wasn't a issue.
