They never told me about this going into the RVPark business

This real to many of us. I do expect things are changing forever in the RV work as a less sociable generation takes up RV'ing but with less money to do it.

Selling out at this time might be good business with incomes and expenses going in two different directions for some of us.

It is nice to know people care but in many cases today we are forgotten when we are no longer a financial asset to others.
