don't ever try to imagine running someone else's business. it will drive you insane. because there are a zillion changes you can make to a COE daily maintenance schedule, or any other business.
if it got your panties in a bunch then just write them a letter and ask why the host wasn't doing an easy job and it took the time of the rangers.
at least it would get your frustrations out :)
