Why are we furnishing "dog bag dispensers" in the first place? Dog owners should furnish their own bags. Unless you have to put money in it to get a bag I don't want to pay for it. If not, then I want the "gubbermint" to furnish free "people bags" to us old grouches to put our stuff in. So there!!
