Some people need to get a life. There is no one on this earth who could be followed around on their job for a day where an observer couldn't find a snapshot moment where it appeared they were not being productive. No one has a clue what the situation was. They could have been changing the bags during their lunch break, giving the taxpayer a bargain. Maybe it was the job of the volunteer host, and the host told the office that the bag dispenser was broken and they should order a new one and these two rangers were fixing it, again saving the taxpayers money. Maybe they got tired of cleaning dog******and donated the dog-pot station out of their own money as a community service. I surely hope someone follows the OP around one day at their job and posts across the internet what a lousy job they do.
