While going to college I worked part-time for a local township that ran four (4) boating marinas for a select few taxpayers. During the winter the marina I was working at was shutdown for yearly maintenance. It took 3 people, 1 month to paint a Men's bathroom that had 2 sinks, 1 toilet & 1 urinal ..... can you imagine the size of this bathroom and 480 man hours to paint a bathroom? Everyone complained how hard they worked at the town. I now run private company in NYC and a bathroom this size would be painted in 1/2 day.
