I think the OP beef is with government inefficiencies rather than the Rangers. I for one am on his side. Anyone who has ever worked with/for the government knows exactly what I'm talking about. For an example, take a look at your state-run DMVs. Have you ever been more frustrated than standing in a line for possibly hours only to watch the employees moving slower than molasses on a Jan morning?
I for one pay A LOT of taxes that I feel are not being used the most prudently. And yes, I know that our voted politicians contribute to that... but not everybody pays taxes that votes!
