This cost of government bureaucracy!

While camping this weekend at Shenango Lake (a COE campground) I witnessed two...yes two rangers working to put a new roll of bags in the dog clean up dispenser! I have been visiting this facility my entire life and every season is the same thing..."we have to close on labor day because of not enough money, we have to cut the grass less frequently because of not enough money, we can't mainitain the facilities because of not enough money etc. Yet we're paying two rangers to refill a bag dispenser when a camp host is right across the street and could do this as part of their volunteer duties. If I ran my offices like this at work the company would be bakrupt and I'd be out of a job. They should let business people run all of these places. It was just so frustrating!
