Wrong vehicle for the load and the wrong trailer for the tub sitting on it. Look close...the trailers bunks don't come close to reaching the boats transom.

A look around the rig may find a florescent orange OOS tag from dot on the drivers side windshield.

I don't even want to think about that boat chasing him down a grade.:E:E

Just needs to put some more air in the bags.

It's covered by a tarp, how do you know it's a boat?
The jeep probably has the 5.9 V8, towing is no problem with that engine.

I'd rather be behind him than in front of him, especially if traffic suddenly slowed up.

I honestly think most of the weigh is in the blue tarp. If he removed the tarp, it would level out and be fine.
