read here this is the latest article, the other one was a year old. This would apply to RV sites as well and fairly common in Florida.

When my dad returned to Michigan after marrying my Mom back in the 1950's he bought a house that that was on land he did not own. And had it moved to land he DID own. Yup they moved the house.. It was amazing to watch.
