IMO, the answer to the first question is a resounding NO! That extra $500 to $700 is VERY important to me!
IMO, the answer to the second question is also NO! I tow my PT Cruiser convertible on a dolly, and the I find that the Reese towbar is actually somewhat simpler than putting the PT on the dolly and securing it.
IMO, the answer to the third question is very definitely "your money, your decision".
Choose the best for YOU. I chose what is best for ME, and I have been very happy with my choices!
