NM parks also have a 14 day stay limit but Heron Lake and El Vado Lake state parks are close together, are around 7000ft elevation, and have beautiful weather and scenery. The nearest town with groceries is Chama. You would have to move every two weeks but the move would be about 15 miles and would give you a chance to dump. Another option in the same area is Hopewell Lake Campground in the Carson National Forest, it is around 9800ft and is dry camping I believe.
