I have worked with these folks when I was in field service. Some of the most talented people I've met.
The problem starts at the very top where quality must be a primary concern. Stuff & attitudes run downhill.
I learned that in business you deliver 2 of 3 things, Price, Quality and service. You cannot have low price, great service and high quality.
Where I work, we deliver high quality and service. If you want low price, we aren't the people for you. Financially we are doing great and I will miss them when I retire this spring.
You get what you pay for.
As for the cheap shots and snide comments can't figure out why people deem it necessary to add to a adult conversation. I guess they don't have anything intelligent to say and want to be part of the conversation.
