Thought it was someone's generator but it was my water pump!

Even at full hookup campsites I never hook up to water. I prefer to run off the fresh water tank instead. I like to hear the sound of the pump because it tells me I may have a leak if I hear it running with all faucets turned off. I always turn the pump off at night so there is no possibility of damage either to the pump or water damage due to a leak. Been doing this over 25 years and have never had any issues with damage due to water leakage from the plumbing.
