Interesting read on snorkeling in FL. I ran my own Snorkeling/sightseeing business for 19 years. Very often I put people over in waist to chest deep water. Mere inches more than the boat needed to float. From there they could get to water & reefs no more than 10'deep. 15' & 20' seems awful deep for snorkelers, especially novices.
