As a home schooler of two, I would highly recommend making sure your daughters are included in the decision process. After home schooling for two years, if she doesn't want to go to High School, that decision should be left to her.
Depending on how much traveling you plan to do, you can look into local Home School Co-ops where you plan to be. This will give your daughter(s) the opportunity to learn with others her own age on a weekly basis.
Our daughter will be high school age next school year. Over the past year she keeps changing her mind between going to high school when the time comes and staying home schooled. Ultimately the decision will be up to her. Our son has no desire to go to public school.
