No, that's wrong. The highest cost per mile is Jersey, followed by Massachusetts. Also note: you would CRY if you saw what trucks pay for tags! The box truck I drive is $500+ per year. The single-axle tractors at work are $1100, I recall our twin-screw tractor is $1400.
