tiny house
can anyone explain to me this big interest in tiny Houses I just saw one 256 sq ft for 74,900. I have seen beautiful 5ers out there that put this to shame. am I missing something

Better built, better insulation, don't have to worry about the roof, windows, and siding leaking; no converters burning out, standard appliances (none of this got to have a battery or 12V to make it work right stuff), etc. Some may want to fulltime in an RV, some may want to fulltime in a S&B; to each his own. There is nothing wrong with either choice.
