Tips for unplanned move to fulltiming over the next months?

I am losing my job at the end of the month. Suits me fine; it was a bad fit and my wife and kids have the whole summer off. So I won't be looking for something else before september. Got the truck ...

Fastfwd75...you mention Moab. A great great target, but....that's hot country you are heading into. If you haven't done so, look at NOAA's website, weather and then history. Having said that..you kinda hooped no matter where you go, unless you head east to the Maritimes or go like the wind for the west coast. I have been to Moab many times and it's just a fabulous area...just be sure you and yours want to be dealing with the temps all the way.
