Tip: If you have a loan on it, you are most likely upside down on your payments. That means you owe more money than than the RV is actually worth at resale.
If you are expecting to sell at a price to get out of your current loan, you are asking too much money for it.
If you want to just sell it and get rid of it, lower the price! If you are trying to make a profit on it, forget it! It probably won't happen. It will be for sale for along time.
If you park it in a high visible location, make sure you keep insurance paid up to date on it. Remove the battery and remove the propane tanks so they won't get stolen. And hope no one vandalizes or breaks into it and destroy stuff.
