With one gauge you know the pressure. With two you will probably never know the pressure!
That makes no sense. If you have two, and they differ by 10-15 psi, using the defective one would be disastrous.
If I have two that differ by that much I will find a known pressure to check or beg, borrow or steal a third to determine.
Just hope the third one doesn't read right in the middle between the other two. Then you won't know which one to throw away! :)
