My previous 5th wheel had "E" rated tires and I ran them at 80psi, and they had the rubber valve stems. I don't see any problems with 80 psi and rubber stems unless you're also planning on using a TPMS sensor that attaches to the valve stem. Then I would recommend metal stems.
