Our F350 dually is used almost exclusively for towing either a 33' gooseneck horse trailer or a GN flatdeck equipment trailer. Either of these trailers are generally loaded to 11K to 14K gross.
I have always gone with the door sticker pressure ( same as yours ) and this has worked well in all weather conditions. The original tires went 50K miles and still had lots of tread, but were replaced because they were coming up on 9 years old.
