Tire Speed Ratings
M: 81
N: 87
P: 93
Q: 99

Z: "in excess of" 149 mph (old designation, too open-ended)
All ST tires are rated at 65 mph.
Any "performance" tire that you'd want to put on your performance car will have an H-rating or above.
Most LT tires are Q speed rated.
Some cars, like the Bugatti Veyron, have performance so far in excess of traditional speed ratings, that Michelin assigns an MPH-specific rating to the tire, rather than a letter designation.
