They are never the ones that get caught. I got stopped for 1 MPH over in Oklahoma and the jerk gave me a ticket. I was being passed all the time yet he picked me out. I was stopped in VA an the Jack booted Gestapo looking Deputy stuck his finger right in my face and said 55 is the law, Obey the law. I felt like biting his finger off.
