Here is a perfect example of faulty design of component (wire harness) location by the RV manufacturer.

A tire can fail for a variety of reason and no tire is fail-proof so a responsible vehicle manufacturer will consider the consequences of a tire failure. Of course that assuming both competent engineers and company owners that care for the costs seen by the owner.
I am afraid that most RV manufacturers only care about the first few months of operation and if they can cobble together an RV that doesn't fall apart right away they simply wash their hands and don't care if the owner has numerous problems debugging the bad design and poor manufacturing done by the RV company.
