Tire mfg warn against doing so. Never mix radials and bias ply tires as they have a completely different tracking/braking/rolling resistance operating characteristics.
You already have them so I would recommend using them on the same axle. That way braking is the same especially on wet pavement. Also if your doing tire temp checks the bias ply will operate hotter.
Now if its on a utility trailer hauling stuff from Lowes or around town anything will work.
