Rationally and common sense-wise the price is too low for it to either - work right and/or work very long. Even just a decent lithium battery with the energy to move trailers isn't going to sell for anywhere near that low. Also, this is definitely an "outdoor" device, and lithium batteries have problems at cold temperatures. In cold climates I'd much more trust a trailer mover that used an AGM battery.
The concept is good ... and for maybe around $500 on up I would trust something that provided that function to do as advertised over and over again, long term.
