To portable dump tank or not to portable dump tank...

that is the question. I am at a seasonal site right now (my first) and we're in a low lying area so I have to pay $20 a week to get pumped, or pack up and dump myself. I've been looking into a port...

We do a lot of PA State Park camping, so it's something I take along often but don't use a lot. For me, it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. If someone would pump my tanks for $20 at a state park, I'd likely pay it than not.
