I am always fascinated by people who complain because other people refuse to break the law, just because they want them to. Speed limt means that is the MAXIMUM speed one is allowed to drive. It doesn't mean that one can drive 10 mph over or whatever speed they feel safe. If I'm driving the MAXIMUM speed allowed by law, there should be no one passing me on either side. Also, if I choose to drive slower and maintain the MINIMUM speed, there should be no one complaining, as long as I keep to the right. These are the laws. If you are a criminal you have no right to complain.
