In Colorado, I pay taxes on all lanes of the road, whether that be a two lane or 6 lane. I'll drive wherever I want. :D
Now to be sincere, I'll stick to the the right when I can. There are some places, Canon City, Co to be exact, that I will go through town in the left lane because the right is very cambered and bumpy. Going through Pueblo on highway 50, I'll stick to the middle lane. I even have some dash camera footage of me going through Pueblo, Co where I wasn't slowing anyone down. At least no one came barrelling in from either the right or left lane to get in front of me.
