I just hope that I am never on the same highway as you when you decide to drive the wrong way in a lane just because you paid taxes on that side of the road as well. This reminds me of my late uncle that used to say that he paid taxes on both sides of the road and as long as he could keep it between the ditches after spending the day in the bar, why should anybody be concerned. Somehow he never managed to hit anyone. I just hope you are as lucky as well as the other sharing the road with you.
And I pay Federal income taxes. But I cannot just drag my cooler and grill into the white house rose garden for a family cookout. There are still rules.
Well said, But you must remember that "RULES" only apply to everyone else.
:S :S :S
OFF TOPIC RANT WARNING!!!!!!!
The above is a CLASSIC example of something that drives me bats in this forum- someone reads the first line of a post, totally ignores the rest of it, quotes the "offending words", and makes a speech about what an idiot the poster was. Then a bunch of OTHER holiers-than-thou jump on the bandwagon!
And not a single one pays the smallest bit of attention to the (unquoted) next words of the "offending party", which very often indicate that
THE WORDS QUOTED WERE A JOKE WHEN POSTED!!!!
Not that anyone will read it now, but I'm going to quote the "offending post" anyway.
Here it is- ALL OF IT....."I was kidding" part highlighted for those who can't find it all by themselves.

Now to be sincere, I'll stick to the the right when I can. There are some places, Canon City, Co to be exact, that I will go through town in the left lane because the right is very cambered and bumpy. Going through Pueblo on highway 50, I'll stick to the middle lane. I even have some dash camera footage of me going through Pueblo, Co where I wasn't slowing anyone down. At least no one came barrelling in from either the right or left lane to get in front of me.
Thanks for listening! :)
