My first RV was a Class 'B' Roadtrek. I'm single and figured that would be all the room I needed. It wasn't enough room, but that wasn't the main problem. Turns out that I'm a "visitor" more than a "camper". If your destination is the campground with no intention of exploring the surrounding area, it would probably work just fine. But I found myself exploring during the day and having to choose a different spot to hook up when I returned. Or finding out that there were no spaces left when I got back. OK, I got my money back but I had to find a new park with space late in the day. Then I added the fact that it was too tall to fit in my garage or a parking garage when I was on the road or to fit in a single parking meter space in a town that I wanted to explore.
So I traded for a 'C' with a Jeep toad and I'm a happy camper now. BTW, I solved the parking at home problem by purchasing a 60' x 60' warehouse from the township where I live. Lots of room and no neighbors, and 2 miles from home.
