If drained EVERY day there is no issue as far as I am concerned!
In theory you're correct there are times and places where a drip maybe OK.;)
However in reality a drip is unacceptable and I would not advise anyone to do any dripping unless they are on there own property.
The masses are not experienced,wise, or aware enough to understand the consequences of a drip. The masses would struggle to determine when a drip is OK.:S
Drippers would be creating havoc everywhere.
I do not think it is wise to advise RV'ers at large that a small drip is OK. They won't understand. If you need more grey water capacity use a tote. They are made to eliminate the need for dripping:W
