We are towing a 12 CRV Awd 4 down (13,14 Crv's are the same). The owners manual state that the (2)FWD can be towed 4 down or on a dolly, the AWD can only be towed 4 down.
When looking at new vehicles, ask to see the owners manual for that specific vehicle, if it is not in the glovebox. Look under recreational towing or towing behind a MH. DO NOT take the salesperson's word.
