A couple years ago I got rid of my 4 down car and was left with my fwd RAV4. Bought a Master Tow dolly with swivel plate and hydraulic surge brakes. It's a good dolly, but prefer the 4 down setup. The do9lly does take a bit more time and effort , but it's ok.
When I get to a campsite, I unload car, remove dolly and with a dolly tow from HF put it to the back of the site. I then back up the motorhome so that the tongue is under the rear of the motorhome. Takes up very little space in the site.
