Besides some websites that specialize, once in a while, you get lucky and my neighbors went looking for a Jeep Liberty without the immediate need to tow it, but found one that they liked, already set up. Got a better deal, also. They already have a Wrangler toad, but may tow the other one as well. I saw a Wrangler on a Dealer's lot some time ago with a base plate installed, so you might get lucky with a few phone calls.
