What vehicle is best to pull behind a 38 ft Diesel.

The best vehicle is one you already own and is paid for. I drag around a dented, chipped, faded, 200,000 mile 1998 Honda Accord. A dolly or transmission pump could be more cost effective then going out and buying something that is towable without modification.
