I think you mean 400 watts not 400 amps. (Note:Admin corrected the post)
Two AGM 12 volt batteries wired in a balanced manner and a 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter will successfully run almost all items in an RV--one at a time. Add some solar for recharging and you can have "free" solar toast.
