toast is simple.
get a pan super hot. place bread in and watch. flip.

or like old times. hot rocks. heat up kinda flat rocks near your fire--(put down some alum. foil if you want more clean)--put on bread near fire and wait.
honestly if you just type 'toast without toaster' a few great methods come up.
Who really needs all these gadgets we got to worry about sucking up our amps!!
