- LibertyHavenExplorerI bought the Tochta and it came in in time for our first trip in the new trailer. It's a lot heavier and thicker than the stock mattress (which was frankly abysmal), but we've had five nights of delightful sleep on it so far. I chose it over its competitors because they would make the mattress to whatever size you wanted, and we needed a 74 x 72, which I couldn't find for sale from anybody (and i didn't want to slice it myself). It came with a 100 night satisfaction guarantee, which fortunately I don't believe we'll be needing to use.
- CampinghossExplorer IIWe just went thru this. If my memory serves me correctly, the foam should be around the 5 lbs per cubic foot category. The gel, and get open cell for cooler sleep, should be 1.8 lbs per cubic foot. We replaced our king size rv mattress with a Dynasty. We bought it from amazon. It does sleep wonderful.

Just went through all this for the S&B. Online shopping has only made selecting a good mattress harder. The good news is they all offer a 100 day trail period with a full refund. I think I can try them all in the next 2 or 3 years and not pay a dime. - Bob_SueExplorer IICan you give us a price? Are there different stages of firmness? Very interested in a new mattress.
- Second_ChanceExplorer IINo - but if your mattress is a standard size (ours is a regular 60 x 80 queen), I can HIGHLY recommend Tuft & Needle. We replaced our previous multi-layer foam mattress with a T&N and it feels great!
