I know this has been brought up in the past, but I can't locate it. What is the best dissolving tissue?

As long as you use lots of water, probably not a big deal.
EXCEPT: if you have a macerator, it is more of a big deal, and should be sure to use single ply "rapid breakdown" TP. Try a sample in a glass of water and see.
