We have the SunPass and an IPASS (EZPASS) from IL. We can move the IPASS from vehicle to vehicle with no issues at all, even using it with a rental vehicle. You do not have to be an IL resident (we are not) and there is no monthly service fee. That was important to us since we only occasionally use these passes during our travels. You can manage your account online just like the SunPass. I am looking forward to only having one pass (I think it will be EZPASS). We found a suction cupped mount for our IPASS at a truck stop making it easier to transfer to other vehicles. No need for Velcro strips for each vehicle.
