I went on the Toll Road north of Denver, Colorado. There was no place to pay. I thought I went free. After getting home in California, I got a bill in the mail for the Toll Road. Cameras take a picture of your license plates and the bill is then sent to your address if you do not have a prepaid account. No free rides there.
