I went with the Bakflip F1. Rails are flush with truck bed so there's no loss of clearance with 5th wheel attached.
I would have preferred a rolling cover but couldn't do that with the Transfer Flow tank leaving no room for the canister.
I have a Retrax Pro - love it and their customer service is fantastic.
But, Gunship Guy makes important points - with the extended pin box on my camper and the pinbox shroud (plastic covering it to pretty it up), I definitely have contact between the plastic shroud and the Retrax cover during sharp turns backwards and forwards.
I think the Retrax Pro has the smallest canister of the 3. But it's still in the way when you need the full 8' bed length.
We opted for the Retrax over the Backflip because my wife was using the truck as her daily driver and I had concerns for her being able to open the Backflip one handed (baby in the other). Turns out 99% of the time, we just drop the tailgate and that's enough.
Finally, we tied our tailgate lock into the power locks with an actuator. When we lock the Retrax, it gives us a nice secure truck bed.
