Not at all. Everything is in the normal viewing range. Just as you scan your normal guages you can scan your monitors.
One does not concentrate on them. The main monitor is in support of the mirrors. It is used primarily when changing lanes to make sure no one has pulled next to the toad.
The TPMS is never scanned unless an alarm goes off. The phone is blue tooth to the radio but is rarely used.
There is a reason the gps, phone, and rear view monitor are where they are. They do not force me to remove my eyes from the field of view. The rear view camera monitor was originally in the dash. That WAS a dangerous place.
The radio was low and impossible to reach as well.
I am a pilot and scanning gauges while looking out the cockpit is natural for me.
One eye is fishing and the other is digging bait.
